BIO

From a very young age I have always been involved in sports and I have always been in love with fitness and finding new and exciting challenges to try whether it’s learning a new class format or pushing myself to the max with running in the next big marathon. Exercise centers me and provides me with relaxation through motion. It is not just my passion, but an innate curiosity to see what the human body can do and it never stops to amaze me what we can accomplish with hard work and enjoyment for the activity. After completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, and certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine in Personal Training & Exercise Physiology I have truly enjoyed being able to take my excitement for fitness and my passion to inspire and help rehabilitate other runners, and athletes of all backgrounds to reach new goals and set new personal records. It’s absolutely amazing what we are capable of and that drive fuels my personal energy to continue to race and train competitively in the 10k, half marathon & marathon, and act as a successful full-time mom to my 5 year old son and inspire his dreams showing him that with hard work and dedication we can be capable of reaching our goals!
